They were personable and accommodating to preference and criteria. My sister's viewing/wake had been moved due to legalities and my order was adjusted last minute. They returned calls, expressed sympathy, provided numerous updates, and made extra final touches. Their services were the highlight of the entire ordeal and brought my sister great dignity in her final moment. i feel like screaming, my heart hurts so. I didn't want any pictures of my sister like that but i HAD to take one, she looked so good with those flowers. And the extra one provided with my order enabled her daughter to have something to give and be included. Very personable.
